A Sold Story.....

After three years in the neighborhood, on August 30th, my family
packed up and moved from Del Ray to Charlotte, NC.  After our house
sat on the market for nearly 70 days, empty and without so much as an
offer, we decided to switch our realtor to Jen Walker with McEnearney
Associates (http://www.jenwalker.com).  Jen had been recommended to us by

numerous Del Ray neighbors and after only 3 weeks she lived up to her

reputation and we were able to sign a contract!

Once Jen became our realtor, she made some very simple updates to the
house and managed to bring in close to 70 visitors between two open
houses.  Her marketing efforts were amazing as we watched our house
go from unnoticed to the hottest thing around!  As someone who has

selling our house and quickly!  Our only regret is that we did not go
with Jen from the very beginning when we first listed on August
30th.
